  3. If the customer delays payment of the purchase price or usage fee for one month or more from the payment due date, a notice will be issued, and if the payment is delayed for three months or more, the customer will pay late damages at a rate of 1% per year. increase.
Article 3 (Prohibited matters)
Customers shall not engage in the following acts when using this service.

  3. Acts that infringe on the property, privacy or portrait rights of others

  7. Acts of pretending to be another person and using this service

Article 4 (Usage restrictions)
In the following cases, the Company may restrict the use of all or part of this service to the customer or cancel the right to use it as a customer without prior notice.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

Article 7 (Transfer/Sale of Service)

Article 10 (Prohibition of transfer of rights and obligations)
Customers may not transfer or pledge their status under the Service Agreement or their rights or obligations under these Terms to a third party without the prior written consent of the Company.

In interpreting this agreement, Japanese law shall be the governing law.
If a dispute arises regarding this service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the head office of the Company shall have exclusive agreement jurisdiction.

Rental terms

Thank you for using the products of iPresence (hereinafter referred to as "Party A").When the customer uses the products owned by Party A and all the accessory parts of the products (hereinafter referred to as "products"), the customer shall promise the following.

  1. This rental contract is for renting (renting) the product for the period and fee described in the contract slip with the customer.
  2. If the customer's identity is not clear, we may ask for a security deposit.This security deposit secures all of your obligations under this contract.
  3. During the rental period, even if you cancel in the middle of the rental period, we cannot refund the fee for the initial rental period.
  4. We will prepare the necessary items according to the decided plan.
  5. At the end of the event, we may conduct a hearing to determine if the customer was satisfied.
  6. The product will be shipped to the location specified by the customer.Please return it promptly at the end of the rental period.
  7. Please use the product according to the purpose of use, and please be careful about storage.
  8. When returning the product to Party A, if the product is damaged due to normal use, or if the product is damaged beyond the cost and requires repair, we will ask you to compensate for the cost equivalent to the repair price.
  9. If there is a risk that a third party will seize, provisionally seize, or claim rights regarding the product, please immediately notify Party A to that effect.
  10. The customer shall not let a third party use the product, or dispose of it by transferring, pledging, subleasing, transferring possession, etc.Also, do not modify or modify the product.
  11. If the product has a structural defect and repairing it does not achieve the customer's purpose of use, please contact us immediately.Party A will rent a similar or equivalent substitute.If there is no replacement, we will be exempt from any responsibility by refunding the rental fee on the above slip.
  12. If the product cannot be returned or repaired while it is in the customer's possession, in addition to the fee during the rental period (if the period is exceeded, the extension fee for that period), Party A will We will compensate you for the same amount as the calculated price of the product.
  13. We are not responsible for any damage caused by the customer's carelessness in using the product.
  14. Party A shall not be held responsible for any damage caused to the customer such as failure to achieve the purpose of use after handing over the product to the customer after confirming the operational functions of the product.
  15. In the case of home delivery, please open the package immediately after receiving the product, check the instruction manual etc. by yourself and check the product so that the purpose of use can be achieved.If you do not achieve the purpose of use after checking, please contact us immediately.
  16. If the product is stolen or caught in a fire, the customer will be required to report the theft and obtain proof of damage. (Excluding overseas) If Party A receives insurance benefits, no compensation will be charged except for the deductible amount.
