Please install the Hieizan Enryakuji Konponchudo / AR app (hereinafter referred to as this app) on your smartphone or tablet.
This app is designed to allow you to choose between AR and VR, allowing you to have a completely different video experience.

If you select AR and read the AR markers placed in 7 places around the Konponchudo and the corridor, you can see the painting and coloring of the completed Konponchudo and the corridor after the renovation.
Also, by tapping the seasonal change button on the app screen, you can enjoy the appearance of Konpon Chudo that changes with the seasons, such as cherry blossoms, autumn leaves, and snow scenery.

If you choose VR and tap the place you want to go on the screen of your smartphone or tablet, you can see the details inside the Konponchudo and the corridors, which you can't usually see, in a virtual image.

Hieizan Enryakuji Konponchudo Hall, which is a national treasure, and the corridor, which is an important cultural property, have undergone a major Heisei renovation over the past 28 years since 10.
