This funding round is being conducted through a fund jointly established by Minato Bank, Resona Capital, and Minato Capital. Going forward, we will make full use of the extensive networks of Minato Bank and the other companies involved to further accelerate the digital transformation (DX) of factories and government agencies in Hyogo Prefecture and the Kansai region.
Our company is working to solve on-site challenges in factories of major corporations, as well as in government, medical, and educational settings, through telepresence avatar robots*1 and 3D digital twin services*2. Through our unique combined technology, which combines robots, digital twins, and AI, we aim to realize immersive communication and on-site management even from remote locations, striving to "contribute to the social progress and self-realization of our customers and employees, and to the Japanese manufacturing industry, by promoting a better communication culture."
*1 Services that support business efficiency through remote operation using autonomous robots, or enable remote presence using communication robots.
*2 A service that visualizes the site using 3D spatial data and provides progress management and remote monitoring systems.
■ Comment from the President and CEO
Christopher's Chris Francis (President and CEO)
We are deeply honored to have received support from Minato Bank, Resona Capital, and Minato Capital through the "Minato Growth Enterprise Future Fund No. 3".
Minato Bank is a leading financial institution in Hyogo Prefecture and Kobe, and as a partner based in Kobe, just like our company, we are confident that this investment will not merely be a means of fundraising, but will also bring about deep connections with local industries.
Leveraging the funds raised, we will further accelerate the introduction of telerobots into factories, healthcare, education, and government settings, while also focusing on developing next-generation services that integrate AI, digital twins, and robotics. Our team will work together to realize our vision of "being there, wherever you are."
