iPresence Inc. has successfully completed a demonstration experiment conducted in collaboration with ANA Central Japan Airport Co., Ltd. and Chubu Centrair International Airport Co., Ltd. as part of the Aichi Digital Island Project "TECH MEETS," an open innovation program sponsored by Aichi Prefecture.

In this project, we utilized our telepresence avatar robot (telerobot) and aimed to improve convenience for airport users and create a new customer experience, with the theme of "Creating the future of personalized airport guidance that won't get you lost with cutting-edge technology."

We have now published a "Demonstration Report" summarizing the findings from the actual demonstration phase, the effectiveness of telerobot guidance services, and future challenges. Please read the report to learn about the future of spatial guidance through the promotion of DX and the use of robots.
