We have received a notice from Xandex, the provider of the telerobot "kubi," regarding the end of support for the Kubi Connect app and Windows widget. We would like to inform you of this as follows.

End of support overview

• Target: Kubi Connect app and related widgets
• End date: January 2025, 6
• Post-termination effects:
  • After July 2025, 7, this app/widget will be "deprecated."
  • Although it may continue to function temporarily, it may malfunction or become unusable due to OS updates, etc.
  • Technical support, troubleshooting, and updates will no longer be available.

Future alternatives

We continue to offer the following applications. In addition to robot operation, video chat and robot operation are integrated, allowing for expanded use. Please feel free to contact our sales staff for details or inquiries.
