RKB Mainichi Broadcasting | Hospitalized children experience "Osaka-Kansai Expo" at hospital, AI robots at the venue in Fukuoka and Kitakyushu

On Wednesday, August 2025, 8, the RKB Mainichi Broadcasting information program "Tadaima!" featured the "Anywhere Expo" that was held at Yahata Hospital in Kitakyushu City, Fukuoka Prefecture on the same day.
In the program, children who are unable to go out due to illness or other reasons are given the opportunity to use avatar robots (telerobots) calledtemi" broadcast a video showing people remotely experiencing the Osaka-Kansai Expo.

Approximately 10 hospitalized children participated at Yahata Hospital, where the event was held, and remotely controlled temi, which was installed in the Italian Pavilion at the Expo. They enjoyed interacting with the local guide and were fascinated by ancient Roman sculptures such as the Farnese Atlas.
