[July 2026] kubi 2.0 trial sessions begin × temi implementation case study (Shimane Prefectural Ironworkers Association) released!

While we in Japan are feeling the combined effects of typhoons and the rainy season, Europe is experiencing a historic heatwave. As we head into the heart of summer, it's time to once again turn our attention to global climate change. How are you all doing? This is Christophers from iPresence.
Last month, we gave you a sneak peek at the development of our desktop AI telerobot, "kubi 2.0," in our newsletter. Now, we've finally issued a press release announcing the official release date!
Since the announcement last month, we have been incredibly grateful to receive feedback and inquiries from overseas, which has made the entire development team feel even more determined. Two years after production of the previous generation model ceased, we are confident that this product, which is the result of our honest efforts to incorporate your feedback, will revolutionize remote communication.
Currently, there is unprecedented interest in "physical AI" worldwide, and it is rapidly growing into a major market. In this rapidly changing market, iPresence has secured a very unique position.
As AI (brains) become increasingly sophisticated, a "physical body" is essential for it to function in the real world. Kubi 2.0 and the self-driving temi are precisely the solutions that the times demand, providing a practical body for cutting-edge AI right now.At the same time, our technology is no longer just a concept; it has the advantage of already being used in many users' workplaces.
As exemplified by the "Latest Use Cases of temi" presented by our users in this month's issue, our long track record of receiving real-world feedback and continuously updating the system together is our greatest moat (source of competitive advantage) that other companies cannot imitate, even in the age of AI.
No matter how advanced AI becomes, the fundamental human desire to "be there" and "share spaces and experiences with loved ones" will remain unchanged. We will continue to lead the market as a bridge connecting the intelligence of the digital space (AI) with human-like physicality (the real world).
This month's issue is packed with highlights, including details on the release of kubi 2.0, as well as real-world case studies of how temi can transform your business starting tomorrow. We hope you enjoy iPresence Monthly this month as well!
This month's featured news

[Case Study] Becoming "another staff member" at the exhibition booth: Shimane Prefectural Ironworkers' Cooperative Association utilizes temi
The Shimane Prefectural Ironworkers' Association, a cooperative association comprised of approximately 370 manufacturing companies in Shimane Prefecture, has installed temi in its newly constructed Ironworkers' Association Hall. In an exhibition booth with no permanent staff present, temi is responsible for greeting visitors, providing exhibition information, and guiding visitors around the hall.
The exhibits are updated monthly, and temi's guidance is also updated each time. It has been well-received, with people saying, "Because temi speaks, we can deliver information that cannot be conveyed through the exhibits alone." When brought to exhibitions, it also serves as a "visitor-attracting device" that stops visitors in their tracks.

[Limited time offer: July 6th - July 17th] Experience remotely controlling the new tele-robot "kubi 2.0" from your workplace!
We will be holding a limited-time (July 6th to July 17th, Japan Standard Time/JST, excluding weekends) trial event where you can remotely control the new tele-robot "kubi 2.0," scheduled for release in October, from the comfort of your home or office.
This is a valuable opportunity to actually try out kubi 2.0 before its release. For those who want to carefully check the video quality, we recommend accessing the site during the daytime. We look forward to your reservations!
*This is an unmanned experience for operation and video confirmation only (no voice communication).
