[January 2026] Received the Minister of State for Special Missions Award for Excellence at the Prime Minister's Office! Conversation with Prime Minister Takaichi

The year 2025 was a year of explosive growth in generative AI, the birth of various AI-based services, and a year of significant change in the way we do our daily work, under the keyword "DX." Amidst this turbulent period, our company also worked hard on new challenges, such as providing automated guidance with temi at the World Expo, and releasing Expo Anywhere and FuAra. At the end of the year, we were awarded the Cabinet Office's Barrier-Free and Universal Design Merit Award for our comprehensive efforts to solve the problem of "I want to go, but I can't" for everyone, utilizing the concept of Teleportation as a Service, and we were able to reach a major turning point.
The world's population has now surpassed 82 billion and is predicted to reach 110 billion by the end of this century. While some countries are experiencing explosive population growth, Japan is facing serious population decline and an aging society. We believe that within this enormous gap lie new business opportunities and social needs.
In 2026, we will pursue the "essence of communication." Going beyond the mere transmission of information, we will connect people, convey warm feelings, and weave our wills. Now, as AI, robots, humanoids, and virtual technology become integrated into our lives, our mission is to utilize these tools to create a "place" where everyone can be themselves.
In an uncertain age dominated by war, politics, and algorithms, what kind of Earth can we leave for the next generation? With a sense of responsibility as a manufacturer, we will leverage our sales and development capabilities to identify the urgent needs of our customers, whether it be through the use of telerobots to participate in school life, digital transformation at work, architecture, or events.
This year is the Year of the Horse. On this planet where 82 billion different lives intersect, even if the ground is muddy, we push forward with determination, cutting through the wind. With the determination embodied in the horse painting, iPresence will continue to run to change the landscape of the future.

On December 24, 2025, we received the Minister of State for Special Missions Award for Excellence in the Promotion of Barrier-Free and Universal Design at the Prime Minister's Office in 2025. We also had the opportunity to briefly introduce our company's initiatives to Prime Minister Takaichi through Christopher's. Narita International Airport conducts demonstration experiment of passenger guidance using conversational AI-equipped robot
In collaboration with Narita International Airport, we conducted a field trial. In this trial, we used the autonomous mobile robot temi, equipped with conversational AI, to verify passenger guidance and inquiry handling within the airport. In a real operating environment, we confirmed the robot's new potential and practicality in airport operations by providing natural information to visitors, supporting multiple languages, and complementing human work.
