[November 2025] Physical Conversation AI Browser Version Launched & Expo Summary
There are now only two months left in the year. The leaves are turning red and the days are becoming more comfortable. How are you all doing? This is Christopher's from iPresence.
Our efforts at the Osaka-Kansai Expo, which we have been working on with all our might for the past few months, have now come to an end. While we hear many voices expressing their "Expo loss," we also sense that the world is rapidly accelerating, including in national politics, ASEAN, and relations with the United States. At iPresence, we continue to explore how we can use the legacy of the Expo to help solve the challenges facing this accelerating society.
This month, we bring you news that marks a major step forward for iPresence as we move to the next stage. Today, we officially released "iPresence Agent," a new product that we have been developing for some time. It is an AI agent service that dramatically increases the possibilities of remote communication! Please read this newsletter to find out about the challenges that can be solved by collaborating with Telerobots and the new worldview of physical AI, as well as its vision for the future.

Released "iPresence-Agent (browser compatible version)," a conversational AI system that runs on a web browser without the need for an app installation.
"AI that functions in the field" = The first step towards the spread of "physical AI"
In anticipation of the spread of "physical AI," or AI that functions in the field, we have released a new version that runs on a browser, "iPresence-Agent (browser-compatible version)." This version launches instantly without the need for an app, and users can freely edit the AI conversation settings, making it easy to achieve AI communication optimized for each field, such as customer service, guidance, and education.
[November 5-7, Messe Nagoya 2025] iPresence exhibit / Proposing "iPresence-Agent" that integrates telerobots and AI
We will introduce "iPresence-Agent," an AI assistant that works on-site, and make the first public appearance of "temi," an autonomous mobile telerobot equipped with AI. We will propose a physical AI solution that will boost corporate innovation by performing physical actions such as on-site guidance, customer service, and education.
[November 26-28, 2025 Industrial Exchange Exhibition] iPresence exhibit / Proposing "Teleport-Cloud," a new platform connecting physical and digital spaces
We propose a new platform called "Teleport-Cloud" that connects physical and digital spaces. By combining dedicated robotics equipment and 3D digital twins, we provide an environment where you can remotely view, move around, and interact with the site in SemiReal, eliminating location constraints and realizing work efficiency and new ways of working.
Selected as a project of the Aichi Digital Island Project "TECH MEETS" sponsored by Aichi Prefecture! ANA Chubu Centrair Airport and Chubu Centrair International Airport's "Personal Airport Guidance" that will help you avoid getting lost, realized with cutting-edge technology
This will improve convenience for airport users and create new value in customer experiences. Going forward, with support from Aichi Prefecture, the organizer of this project, and eiicon Inc., the secretariat, we will aim to commercialize the service through co-creation.

Thank you very much for visiting the 2025 Osaka-Kansai Expo! This report traces the history of the "teleport" remote participation provided by iPresence at the now concluded Expo using the telerobots temi and FuAra. Toward the realization of "designing a future society where life shines," we will provide an overview of the activities aimed at "future communication that anyone can participate in," as well as comments from visitors and media reactions.
