Thank you for using AvatarLink.

Due to a failure in the cloud service (AWS: Amazon Web Services) that we use, AvatarLink was unavailable, but it has now been restored and we have confirmed that it can be used normally.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to all those affected.

■Phenomenon (impact)
 It was not possible to start a Zoom meeting.

■ Cause (identified matters)
 This was due to an AWS server failure that prevented us from connecting to the service.

■ Current status (resolved)
・Zoom was confirmed to have been restored at 19:30 on October 20, 2025, and AvatarLink became available.
- We have confirmed that Telepotalk, Telepii, and AVATAR Robot for ZOOM can continue to be used as usual.
