[AVATAR Robot for ZOOM (iOS version)] Apology for system failure and notice of recovery

Since October 2024, 10, there has been a problem with AVATAR Robot for ZOOM (iOS version) not being able to make video calls on devices running iOS 9 or later, but the issue has been resolved as of October 18, 2024. You can continue to use Zoom meetings as usual by updating to the latest version of the app from the App Store.

Please update the AVATAR Robot for ZOOM app from the App Store and use the latest version (4.3.1).

After logging in to the AVATAR Robot for ZOOM app, tap the gear icon in the upper right corner. If "Version: 4.3.1" is displayed, the update is complete.
*Please always use the latest version of iOS.
*If you set the app to update automatically, future updates will be reflected automatically.
How to set it up: Go to "Settings" → "App Store" → turn on "App Updates."
