We have discovered that video calls with AVATAR Robot for Zoom are not available on devices with iOS version 18 or higher.
・It can be used normally up to iOS 17.x, but it is currently not available for 18.x and later.
・To continue using AVATAR Robot for Zoom, please use a device that has not been updated to iOS 18.x, and refrain from updating to iOS 18.x.

For kubi users
・Please use the kubi operation app "kubi Connect" (for detailed operating instructions, etc.kubi(See center of product page)
　*Kubi is basically an iPad, but you can use an iPad, Android, or PC (Windows/MAC) as the operating terminal. (Can also be operated from a browser)
　*The kubi Connect app only has the function of controlling the kubi device itself.
　　You will need to set up a separate web conferencing system (you can use Zoom, Teams, or any other web conferencing system you are currently using).
・Please use the AvatarLink (iOS) app.
　A license will be issued to customers who have a contract for the kubi version of AVATAR Robot for ZOOM.
