Please update the Telepotalk app from the AppStore and use the latest version (3.6.0).

After logging in to the Telepotalk app, tap the gear icon displayed on the upper right
If "Version: 3.6.0" is displayed, the update is complete.
* Please use the latest iOS (16.0 or higher).
* If you set the automatic update of the application, subsequent updates will be automatically reflected.
"Settings" → "App Store" → turn on "App Updates"
