If the customer is late in paying the purchase price or usage fee by one month or more after the payment due date, a notice will be issued, and if the customer is late in paying the purchase price or usage fee by more than three months, the customer will pay a late payment fee at the rate of 1% per year. Article 3 (Prohibited matters)
Customers must not engage in the following acts when using this service.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

  2. If the Company is liable for any reason, in any case, the Company shall compensate within the scope of damages that would normally occur and within the scope of the sales price for paid services (or the equivalent of one month's worth of damages in the case of continuous services). shall be solely responsible for compensation.

Article 7 (Transfer/Sale of Service)

Article 10 (Prohibition of transfer of rights and obligations)
The customer may not transfer the status under the usage contract or the rights or obligations based on these terms to a third party or provide it as collateral without the prior written consent of the company.

In the event of a dispute regarding this service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of our head office shall be the exclusive jurisdiction.

Rental terms

Thank you for using the products of iPresence (hereinafter referred to as "Party A").When the customer uses the products owned by Party A and all the accessory parts of the products (hereinafter referred to as "products"), the customer shall promise the following.

  1. This rental contract is for renting (renting) the product for the period and fee described in the contract slip with the customer.
  2. If the customer's identity is not clear, we may ask for a security deposit.This security deposit secures all of your obligations under this contract.
  3. During the rental period, even if you cancel in the middle of the rental period, we cannot refund the fee for the initial rental period.
  4. We will prepare the necessary items according to the decided plan.
  5. At the end of the event, we may conduct a hearing to determine if the customer was satisfied.
  6. The product will be shipped to the location specified by the customer.Please return it promptly at the end of the rental period.
  7. Please use the product according to the purpose of use, and please be careful about storage.
  8. When returning the product to Party A, if the product is damaged due to normal use, or if the product is damaged beyond the cost and requires repair, we will ask you to compensate for the cost equivalent to the repair price.
  9. If there is a risk that a third party will seize, provisionally seize, or claim rights regarding the product, please immediately notify Party A to that effect.
  10. The customer shall not let a third party use the product, or dispose of it by transferring, pledging, subleasing, transferring possession, etc.Also, do not modify or modify the product.
  11. If the product has a structural defect and repairing it does not achieve the customer's purpose of use, please contact us immediately.Party A will rent a similar or equivalent substitute.If there is no replacement, we will be exempt from any responsibility by refunding the rental fee on the above slip.
  12.   13. Party A is not responsible for any damage caused by the customer's carelessness when using the product.
